However you can try the solution for free using one of my available coworking accounts.

You need a reliable CONTRACTORS to ensure that you can get solid bids to complete the work to your specifications.

I mixed up a 50/50 water and bleach solution and added Dawn to make it cling to the walls . ( I use semi gloss paint you will see why )  A big commercial fan and a radio .

The new compressor is not very reliable until your old irons quite working. 

Im not sure but perhaps i would describe Tulsa more favorable as a reliable, predictable, and affordable buy and hold long term rental market; while DFW more favorable as a market with pockets that still have nice growth potential for buy and hold rentals and heavier appreciation potential.

Zestimates are great, as they are a free resource to give you a ballpark of what a property might be worth; however, they are not always reliable.

Anyone know any reliable realtors in the Indianapolis area that can list, show an upcoming rental property?

Also, our lender just reached out and said due to the current market they are limiting how much money sellers can put toward closing costs, so this is a solution we will likely be using.
