Has anyone had experience with using Propstream as their one stop shop for systems when wholesaling instead of the reiskip, podio, mojodialer, deal-machine, callrail?

I also suggest reading Getting the Money: The Simple System for Getting Private Money for Your Real Estate Deals by Susan Lassiter-Lyons, it is known as the bible for how to find, meet, and gain partnerships with private lenders.

A good PM has invested in processes and systems that scale over thousands of units.

Like any other government program there are going to be people that take advantage of the system to get free money.

We replaced the entire septic systems, rehabbed the cottage with windows, doors, roof repair, exterior paint, interior original wood floors refinished, some LVP added where needed, complete kitchen replacement.

Don't spend all your time trying to create something that will still be a ton of work to operate when there are already inexpensive systems available.
