What was the outcome?

Many times, a larger company will have better resources, such as the technology you mentioned, and may have better systems in place to assist with staying on top of lease renewals, insurance renewals, following up with prospects, and so on. 

It’s not the outcome that matters, it’s the energy, time, focus, learning, and understanding we gather in the meantime that is the gold at the end of the rainbow.

I've had at least 4 prospective tenants show interest and then when they get the lease agreement online on HelloSign, they ghost.

Should I have a preemptive conversation with this first tenant about his work prospects and how even of he doesnt pay rent hes still going to owe it after this crisis or whatever it is passes? 

But, we still have hope and we can continue business on another prospective.

If the standstill goes on for a month I fear the outcome may be worse than we'd like to see.Hopefully we get things under control and back to work quickly.

I had a thought about a short 20 multiple question assessment to give prospective tenants during the tenant selection phase of filling a vacant property.
