Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

Consulting with a financial advisor or real estate professional may also be beneficial in determining the best course of action for your specific situation.

But, of course, it comes with a cost.

You just need to shop around for the professional companies with multiple crews and an office.

You have to learn from people that know.Find a professional, complement their strengths, and profit together.

I sold it at 7.5 percent over the course of 30 years and if the party defaults i immediately retake possession pocket the hundred thousand and the months of 7,000 payments and now I have an asset that is probably worth significantly more then when I sold it.

i really curious how professional contractor able to enhance the landscape so the house can be sold way higher than without landscaping....

The downside to this of course is that it will take a lot longer and you're still paying for the HML.Is it listed with an agent/realtor?

At the end of the day remember they are the real estate professional, if you don’t agree with the property manager and don’t feel that they are working in your best interest then I would recommend that you terminate the services.
