We use property radar and when I was in the business I had my own custom data base that I tracked every NOD in my MSA... from every source.. again the only way to beat the competition was to be better than them..

On May 1, BP member Alan Jones contacted me via BP and referred me to a lender: TJW Private Lending.

I am having trouble sending and responding to private messages on my cell. 

130 to 200k for the lot  50k for permits.. 200k to build the house semi custom.. so about 450k..  

So it’s “fair and equitable” to tell a private landlord that they have to accept those with criminal records as tenants ?
