Hey everyone,I'm asking around for opinions, observations, and predictions as we see an upcoming interest rate hike already affecting investors.

However some experts I know are predicting a rate spike coming up even tho its fluctuating up and down these days, last i checked from Fannie and Freddie.

Just wait until Ford/GM no longer sell fuel based trucks, within 10 years is my IMHO prediction.

It's really hard to predict what the FED will do in 2024.

I’m sure you know what needs to happen in the long run to get things to equilibrium. ever since the fed started raising rates the market has been predicting a stop and rate cuts since we were at a 3-4 percent fed funds, now we are nearing 6 percent and no guidance on cuts, but the “market” still doesn’t believe it.

The way I have most of my clients invest, they usually yield about 100% ROI in 5-6 years, but cash flow is only a fraction of that, the payday comes at refinance or sale.As a whole, I prefer SFR's because they're simply more predictable...

The truth on predicting a top is that no one knows for sure.  

This makes it extremely difficult to predict the life span.
