Where are you planning to focus once you get your RE license??

I inherited this property a few years back and at the time was focused on everything else in the world but real estate.

Which cities and counties in CT are you focusing on, Christian?

This put the focus on a professional analysis – not just a rough opinion.I told the seller what I thought my eventual selling price would be – he agreed.

BP - My reasons behind writing this post are to track my own progress, get other peoples best practices, and give updates along the way so we can all learn.I am doing my first direct mail campaign focused on self storage facilities in Minnesota.  

To just take a breath and focus on something I've already started. 

What cities/areas should I be focused on?

Brenna, If you're still looking, I'm a General Contractor and I only focus on investors properties.

Joining a local REI where there is a focus on commercial real estate will also help.
