Started educating myself on real estate investing, and started focusing my attention on the wholesaling niche, i took action after months of study, and just got my first two properties under contract currently looking for buyers in the Muskegon area!

We will be getting it back and I will write it off to a lesson learned, although it took me a long time to take action.

She could have just felt outgunned.However, since another deal may come up with a non-professional, reluctant investor, it undoubtedly would  serve well to review this situation for clues that could have guided you and for anything in your actions that could have been improved  to increase  the chances of success.

I understand that now (didn't when I bought) and am looking to take action to be out of these properties before the inevitable happens.
