After collecting tenant pass-throughs for the year, do you pay the property taxes at the end of the year or the beginning of the next year?

During one business deal I had 3 different agents in their office taking over the file because of their employee turn over rate.

Please, is the area a good place to buy a rental house in (townhouse)? 

I have 14 doors and one commercial space and am looking to choose an AI tool to take-away the apprehension of unknows and provide the data and answers that I need to make a data driven decision towards purchase.

if you know your stuff and know how to deliver a message and network by being consistent enough you will always close deals!  

The biggest lesson, which I learned early on: get clear on the type of property you want to buy, then tell everyone over and over again.
