I’m 19 years old, and looking to get into RE.

I am 25 yrs old and have been a software engineer for the past 2 years.  

@Chris Prefontaine thanks.....So, in a year or so, assuming that they've paid their bills on time, their rent on time, kept the same job, maybe even paid down some old debt.... is that enough time for most people to become mortgage ready, so that they can buy the property from you??

Hello fellow Bpers, I have been on the site for about a month reading the blogs and forums trying to learn as much as I can before I venture out into the real estate investing world.

BP world - anyone know of a lender that will allow a Purchase Money HELOC on a primary residence purchase that is under contract/inspected and ready to finance?

Market rent for this type of unit seems to be around 600 so there is some room here.The building is 100 years old.
