Seeing if anyone knew stats or an estimate for building an assisted living facility about 300 units with meds and meals would cost.I am figuring 100,000 per unit.Thoughts appreciated.I am in Georgia so I know other areas land and construction material is more expensive.

The new landlord may be able to avoid the situation you are in now by explaining to the tenant up front what the 'security deposit' may and will be used for, and to explain the cost of labor and material for property neglect such as baseboard repair, broken closet doors, cleaning, etc.
