If multiple lenders hit my credit report at the same time [during the same week] will it be considered a single credit pull or multiple hits?

I have scanned through about 1/4 of the sales in our county for the last 3 years, arranged by seller name, looking for a person or company who has made multiple sales, but so far, the couple flippers I have found doing that haven't responded to me.

You need to know that you can take care of your financial situation and really talk out what you think is a great financial situation before you “jump off the cliff” with people who are where you are wanting to get to.

Many buyers will be shocked when they want to sell these houses they bought from CR of Maryland, but buyer's  need to do their own search, they are all open and very succesful.Many buyers okay with hassle free option and they dont thing about future or emergency situation where they need to sell immediately.

@Wesley Frye 5 showings in the first 10 days is too low and If you received an offer from a First time buyer they usually need help with closing costs.My first advice as an agent.is you need make sure about the value of your property because it need to be appraised and in case do not appraise for the amount they are offering you will be in a complicated situation because they do not have funds to cover the difference.

Or if this could be typical and it’s better to correct this behavior earlier than later.Are there other thoughts or advice for this particular situation?

We plan to start with short term vacation rentals, in multiple locations around the country, then possibly move into other disciplines from there.We are happy to be here and learn all we can.Aaron
