Hi BP Community,Can anyone recommend a landscaper in Chicago?

For the first two loans they didn't require any property inspections since they were minor cosmetic fixes like landscaping, repainting soffit/fascia, etc.  

This covers the normal condo association expense (landscape, drive way maintenance, snow removal, ponds, general property insurance, club house, fitness center, pool, security, exterior lights, signage, roofs, etc.).What's the minimum down payment for a property such as that?

Landscaping! 

The property may have just been neglected with overgrown landscaping, pealing paint, and worn out carpet (mostly cosmetic).  

What about things like Water heater, driveway, plumbing, cabinets, paint, flooring, landscaping, windows, structure (foundation and framing), etc, etc.  

This is for a rental property so just looking for someone to perform the basics to keep the landscaping from getting out of hand.  

Fill it with dirt and make a huge flower pot or landscaping design out of it

Both will impact the landscape but they won’t have an equal impact on the economy or housing.They just privatized parking in parts of Las Vegas.
