Here is my dilemma......I am essential going to get a 30 fixed FHA loan for this house, and since my family and I are doing the work if it cost us 45K to build we are paying ourselves the remainder of the money.

Here is the dilemma.

If I had bought the property - Fairly confident I would have worked my butt of on this deal and may have actually been paying to manually labor (very similar to a health club membership).  

Because of health problems, and a very busy work schedule, doing it ourselves made sense.

When I saw it my gut instincts were screamin "I could sell this thing for 345-350 in this neighborhood" But that's worthless with out the concrete proof to back it up, hence our dilemma.
