Those are just a couple of the big ticket items that might come up needing replacement sooner than you will be able to afford the cost. 

Although I haven't closed a deal yet, I feel very good about the progress I am making and extremely confident that I'll make something happen sooner or later.  

Wise move; another thing to consider is that all renovations are not done equally; although it appears freshly renovated, if they cut corners during the reno you better believe that you WILL incur repair expenses sooner than you think.

What I keep hearing from people is regret from not starting sooner and by the time I graduate I'll be 25, so I would very much like to figure out how to work the impossible.

I'm sure other folks can move faster if they have faster designers or are willing to purchase sooner with less due diligence.

We have been filing Scedule E's but WANT to file Schedule C for college financial aid purposes....I think we could have sooner but just haven't.
