I've been in the contracting industry for 15 years, and I still stay away from new builds or knockdowns due to how many moving parts are required.

I'm probably more on the conservative side in terms of this recommendation, but if you find a 9-5 and invest on the side at first or find a way to get a job related to real estate, you can use that income to qualify for loans while getting industry experience.

Even with covid19 the mortgage industry is still working.

Thing is i am concerned to move considering the fact that millions are unemployed and finding a job in the Real estate industry might be tough.. 

Each industry I researched turned out to be more of a gamble than an investment.

What is largely missing in the industry are good marketing processes to assist in funneling accredited investors and resources to assist sponsors in learning to work with investors.
