These are pretty small items and will come up with any house....even recent rehabbed oneNow if there are issues with the water heater or HVAC or some other big ticket items that was supposed to be new or rehabbed and should last for a long time...., then I would have an issue with the turnkey company

I wanted to get some legal interpretation and given it's the weekend, I'm asking here in case my attorney doesn't respond until Monday.From Cleveland's Eviction Waste Flyer: "After 5pm the day of the move out, the landlord must remove the items from the tree line, or be subject to a ticket from the City of Cleveland for excessive waste on the tree lawn..."

If it is Private Property, just have him ticketed for parking there (do you have "no parking" signs installed?).
