Do you have any other recommendations on how to find active real estate investors? 

I am curious as well if these type of companies provide any value? 

Research the County Clerk / PVA office for LLC, and individual names that have a bunch of properties listed under their names good way to identify landlords w/ multiple properties.Just a couple of ways to find package deals. #2 is also a good way to find off market deals which is where you can save the most even if it's just buying a house direct from the owner w/o an agent.

In fact, businesses inability to find workers is what also contributed to inflation - they had to raise salaries to fill their openings.I'd say right now we're running just about right.

You might find local meetups or online groups where you can share experiences and learn from others who have successfully navigated the process recently.Also, be sure to analyze the numbers carefully to ensure that the investment makes sense for you.
