We just took a property that was in mortgage foreclosure but they didn't pay off the tax lien before our judgement was final. 

How do you go from investing in one property to another to another and finally to a commercial building.

I'm praying I might have some legal recourse now that our divorce is final to recoup at least my portion(since I'm legally on the title/deed) and we agreed to split all our assets down the middle.

On the other hand, I have had people who frustrated me, but I knew I was in for a full rehab when they finally moved, so I kept encouraging them to stay (and told the truth to prospective new landlords!)
