I've only had one bad review from a traveler like this, mostly they know what they've done and don't try to fight it or lash out, just accept it and move on.

Keep record of all your texts, as they might be useful if she wants to fight you for her refund. 

At 61 years old, I'm assuming he's still capable of making his own way and solving his own problems.

Contractors fight over money for a living so it depends on the contractor.  

The seller usually doesn't care at this point, and the bank has no dog in that fight.

I searched hard but couldn't find it so it's either difficult to use or not capable.  

I haven't necessarily decided to deviate from that plan as of yet, but am considering it in an effort to speed it up some and I understand that MUlti Family offers that capability more so than SFR and small multis.

You can try calculating a $/hr value for your time, and ask for reimbursement of that as well, but don't be surprised if you have to fight that.

If they don't budge it's not worth the fight for the few hundred bucks.
