Here is what I have done in the past and had success:Craigslist with good clear photos as someone mentioned earlierPostlets.comRentlinx.comI also made up fliers with one really good pic and basic details and my cell number and put them up at laundrymats (if my units have washer and dryer in the unit), train stations and popular restuarants/delis that have lines of people waiting around for their orders.I dont know if the ads I printed did much or not but the rentlinx, craigslist and postlets all worked great as long as there was demand out there.

I suppose I could leave in the instructions to type in my number in the Gate Box, which would then call my cell phone, and then I can open the gate for them remotely.

@Michael Kugler I started with cell phone pics, moved to a DSLR and then just recently got a wide angle lens, and not only have the photos improved and inquiries increased but I've been able to take accurate pictures of spaces I couldn't have gotten before.

Don't forget to track and deduct your mileage (including trips to your remodel store of choice, assuming you own a car that you use(d) to conduct business with), deduct a portion of your cell phone (assuming you conduct business on your phone) and deduct a home office expense (assuming you conduct your property management out of a room in your house) and consult a tax accountant to see what other tax write offs you should be able to have.
