Let me know if there is any interest in this.The last three months have had some large purchases, while experiencing an 75% savings rate.Moved into my truck camper until I can find a value add house hack/live and flip property that is worth purchasing.

I have a few questions for you experienced investors out there. 1.

Get help from an experienced local lawyer as you also research the local law carefully.

I wanted opinions from experienced investors on where they would start if they had $500k cash.  

With that being said if you are a experienced Wholesaler or Real Estate Investor looking to network and add an ambitious young man to your team that will better your team and be eager to learn.

I would be curious to hear your experience in the PM world and what you have seen/experienced.

@Dave A.No, we haven’t not experienced insurance cost rising any more than the other markets that you mentioned.
