I tried promoting this program years ago and had at least 5 buyers sign up online.  

I have been pitched this by promoters recently, and my top 5 corporate tax law firm and accountants have advised against both deferred sales trusts and monetized sales contracts.

This can get tricky on that line between advertising and self-promotion. 

I started at 30k, promoted to 40k, 50k, 70k, and so on and so on, over the years.  

I ran some experiments on both AirBnb & VRBO on pricing - AirBnB lets you do promotions, whereas you just have to adjust price on VRBO, and I picked several typical very slow weeks to run promotions such that it put my pricing to where I was about cheaper than everyone else, and there still was very light activity.

I`ve always seemed to have a natural talent for spotting things that are undervalued, and have, over the past few months,developed and refined the parameters of a special niche,...an apparently unigue "angle" no one else seems to be using to promote and sell their properties.
