Lots cheaper than poly, easier to apply and can be done by your cleaning people.The next higher technique we use is "screening" where instead of using sandpaper, they use a screen like a window screen to just take the top coat off the floors, leaving most of the existing poly, then apply one coat of poly, dries same day.
