I'm currently exploring opportunities in tax lien auctions and I'm wondering if there is a website similar to Hubzu or Auction.com that provides comprehensive coverage of tax lien auctions across multiple states in the United States.

@Jonathan Feliciano this is a commonly used strategy in a lot of places, and it can definitely produce good returns and enhance the usability of a house when done correctly. ...though, there are also plenty of examples of it turning into a poorly-planned hack job that ruins the usability of a house...A few things to consider:-Does the garage connect to any wet walls, and is the sewer main easily accessed?

My reading and comprehension wasn’t the greatest and after reading it I didn’t walk away with much, simply because I didn’t quite understand everything.

This is one topic that is extremely comprehensive and people spend years learning about as it evolves.

Having said that, there are still some great options out there which may be able to help you keep everything in one place (listing the property to 10+ major rental listing sites, managing listing responses + scheduling viewing times, tenant screening w/ a fully comprehensive application, digital lease creation, online rent collection, and maintenance request tracking).

Expensive, but comprehensive.
