Biggest mistake I see investors/buyers in Denver or Colorado Springs make is that they get bogged down in finding the "best deal" and end up not buying at all.

If you find great deals, now’s the time to buy.

I’m a real estate agent based in South Carolina, where I specialize in off-market deals and work closely with investors.

The New York-based retailer, which also owns Bloomingdale's and Bluemercury, recently announced plans to close and sell 55 stores this fiscal year, up from an initial 50, due to strong deal momentum.

They seemed to just rehash the WSJ article but put a more negative slant on it, and probably drew some info from the Real Deal article too.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

While PP is likely higher than the Midwest we’re seeing loads of consistent appreciation and you can still find deals that cash flow $250-$300/unit after all expenses figured in.

The person who will lease the restaurant space would like for us to go in 50/50 on another opportunity once we figure out if the numbers will work on that deal.  

Again, I am trying to practice and run some numbers on potential investments and would like help since I am just starting to learn the games of real estate and underwriting deals.
