Also, Texas is one of the lowest paying states in the country for travel nurses so they typically don't want to pay a lot for homes or rooms when traveling anywhere in TX.

Have you considered a Master Lease agreeement with a lesser down payment in the form of a non-refundable & applicable option consideration FEE, and a 12 - 24 month Option to Purchase at your agreed price?

Since I think we can all agree on the answer as no - a court would not look at that as an arms length transaction and thus give you zero asset protection (note not a lawyer just someone with some common sense)

My question with SubTo is when your agree on a purchase price and to take over the payments how does the seller get there money if you only are only taking over the payments and not truly buying the property from them?
