The problem that I have right now is identifying the owners for self storage facilities in an efficient way.

My employer acts as a broker, investor, and consultant on self storage facilities.

I'm also the National Director of Facilities & IT for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.

A well run facility  will sell at the market cap rate but have a higher VALUE because of that. 

We have been looking into SFR, multifamily buildings, self storage facilities, we are open to whatever will help us reach our goal. 

I cook at home and I am saving as much money as I can as fast as I possibly can purchase a house.

If you told me you were in medical research I'd suggest buying in areas where laboratory facilities and hospitals were being funded like Boston, since that knowledge would always be firsthand and easy for you to understand.

I have 2 sets of sheets and they will either wash on site if they have time or take them and wash them at their facility and put the other set on the beds.

Complex, Storage Facilities, etc.You should not bite off more than you could chew.In real estate investing next to location, location, location and due diligence...
