I usually use a combination of the app and pulling it up on a Google browser; the app does a good job showing all the posts and typing in replies, but leaves out a lot of the site's abilities, so I keep the Chrome browser open for that (i.e.

I'd probably combine the income from both properties though to see if the numbers worked out with both loans. with the second one if your trying to pull off 100% financing, good luck, you can pull it off every now and then, but you need to find a really great deal to make it work.
