Hello BP Community,As a newbie I have found that making that big first decision or taking that "leap of faith" is the most difficult part.  

Or are non-Recourse loans always a better decision?

I have made a decision to only invest in C neighborhoods and above for now.I offered 40K per unit but they declined but that little pocket seemed pretty rough just in the middle of the day and a big portion of that entire area was all rentals and not all, but a majority were not being taken care of.  

Keeping in mind reserve requirements, it just seems as though the first move to purchase was hard enough as it is, but now as I prepare to make my second purchase/investment it seem to be dragging my feet as I look for "The Most Value Maximizing Decision".

Then they just present the findings to you to make a decision.

@Thomas RutkowskiI don't need to prove facts, like I said most people here are intelligent enough to do their own research and make educated decision that cash value life insurance is not for them.The reason you are defending this strategy because you too are making up to 90% commissions on the sale of this scheme. 

In general, KW pays for none of your expenses, or does any advertising, so take that into your decision making also.Good luck!
