Can’t figure out how to access them without paying for them.

I did go online and read about DSCR ground up loans, so I know they are out there. 

I've been renting out for the last 2 years using that systems (room by room) and it works - gross rental yields at 10% in some parts of Lisbon underserved. 

My goal is to create cash flow and gain financial independence to where I can leave my full-time job.

Don't want to have to burn time trying to figure this out as part of a transaction. 

Something needs to be done with fake gurus out there! 

I've read there are pass/failed inspections that let you walk out of the deal but you don't get to ask the seller to make any changes or credits.
