The only way that would work in my view is if you had a plot in prime location & felt you had a competitive advantage in a niche (A+ luxury, student housing in dinky town, etc), otherwise the price and difficulty of building would far outweigh your profit.

Now this was during my personal meeting I had with her before the initial email of them stating they believe I was preforming unlicensed activity per not having equitable interest and actually buying the property.. after that email I submitted an email explaining how I gain that equitable interest through my contracts being signed by seller and myself then to get the returned email I copied for viewing above...Thank you and really appreciate you PattiOphelia

This lot has favorable use-by-right zoning for multi-family or retail, and has ground level views to Denver skyline.

There are always other aspects that could make a cabin do better as well.. i.e. location, view, etc..

Having already viewed multiple homes and putting offers on them only to get outbid, I can vouch for this.
