I hope it's the former.For my rental situation, I was hopeful that I could work something out with WF but it's turned out to be frustrating and fruitless trying to work with them.Not sure if we covered this in a previous thread on this topic, but make sure you get a break down of costs to reinstate, especially if there has been a NOD.
