The stripper would remain in the pores of the concrete and break the bond of anything you want to adhere to it.

However, I think the delinquent taxes are just too high on the 1st one and will make it very tough to make any meaningful money,  likely break even at best for an inexperienced newbie.

I hope it's the former.For my rental situation, I was hopeful that I could work something out with WF but it's turned out to be frustrating and fruitless trying to work with them.Not sure if we covered this in a previous thread on this topic, but make sure you get a break down of costs to reinstate, especially if there has been a NOD.

Insurance underwriters are going to look at that property very very closely because of the break in insurance coverage.
