Hello, my first time too that I am running into this for a tenant that is requesting for rental assistance through the county.

I've had more than 10 local rentals and assisted others with finding homes.  

They should be able to get you 75% LTV individually or as a blanket on all your properties.

It can be portfolio or individual.

Then not doing any back and forth with individual buyers, just have them submit their offer and choose the best one.

About 3-4 minutes later (around 1:10 pm), while I was still writing my contact information (I needed to write it twice (the attorney also needed the information)) another individual walked into the room and indicated that he was interested in the property that I won.

I am fairly new to real estate investing, I've read multiple books and will continue to learn from this site before making any rash decisions.I am hoping to learn from others on this site, and build a network of people to assist me with my business ventures, If there are people in either area who would like to connect please contact me.
