Its an online community similar to Bigger Pockets, but the topics are on all types of investments/finance (rather than just RE) and it's specifically geared towards towards doctors.

On the bright side it allows for every manufacture to make them similar and to the same standards so there shouldnt be anyone low balling you with a hack house.

Typically in Spokane, you'll find areas that have very similar pricing but can have a great spread through the whole city and county.For instance, the properties you listed are in very different neighborhoods.

I don't have any referrals for Portland but I've had similar jobs done in my area and none cost more than a couple thousand.

If Texas requires similar, then your 1st course of action is to start interviewing brokerages to find out what they require of you to be affiliated with them.

We were able to resale the property to a new buyer (using owner financing of course) and agreed to continue a similar monthly payment split with the seller.The new buyer eventually paid the note off early when they obtained a bank loan to build a new home that qualified for conventional financing.
