Hi everyone,My family and I are looking to purchase our first home in San Antonio and have seen a couple of nice properties in the Castle hills area.

My team and I manage right around 400 properties throughout San Diego, so having a centralized control system of sorts for things such as rent payments, maintenance requests, repair invoices, etc; is huge.

I bought a single family home last year in San Antonio Texas for approximately 105k the only thing I did to it was paint it inside and out plus clean the carpets.
