hey every one on BP I'm back. since the last time i posted, i've been to 4 REI meet ups in various areas on CT. going to my 5th this Saturday. seen a few recurring faces at a couple of them.

Since the beginning, Engelo and his team have always kept me up to date on relevant information such as rehab and tenants.

As I said in another post, I think these cabins should be within 5% of each other and they are nowhere near that close this year.

How many posts/threads have we had on BP talking about crappy contractors/trades and how its hard to find good help???
