It’s kind of like Mint.com on steroids with much greater detail and much better features.  

We do not have that kind of cash available but wanted to see what options are out there from banks. 

. - we have visited Austin and loved it there, and my wife loves Florida. 

Now, if you decide you want to get your hands dirty and have the time/interest/energy to put in that kind of grind, then maybe your goals have shifted and wholesaling would be a good fit.

There are plenty of creative ways to fund a deal - many are legal and totally fine, but as a realtor you need to be kind of careful about how you get creative. 

What can they give me in terms of data--rent history, leases, repair history, their fee on the property, historical turn and fill rate, avg length of tenant--all that kind of stuff.

This is a very rewarding business for me, but it is also very difficult and at times extremely stressful and even alienating from the kind of lives most people lead in our society.
