Hi everyone,My name is Joe and I am a new investor in the South Jersey area.

Today I saw the first fruits of that labor with 3 potential leads, the last of which was my first phone call from a sign that I had posted!

I just completed setting up my LLC in Dallas and used Joe Davisson.

@Joe Rinderknecht,Some folks have found it useful to simply approach the owners and let them know you're looking to buy a house in that neighborhood and do they know of any for sale.

They try to protect high wages and benefits even when the cost of labor in the industry is falling.
