@Zk Lani Just don't tell us you want to rent a long term rental house and then furnish it and try to rent it out by the week or on weekends to people on vacation.

He went to the house to finish up some work on the wall when I was away for the weekend.

Not sure if you were able to check out the draft this past weekend, but it was extremely well organized and overall a great time.

I already had a repair guy out there all day today fixing things, but cleaners can’t come until this weekend, so might be good to have them see the property while it’s still looks (and smells) horrible. 

Within the next month or two I plan to make a weekend trip down to NC to visit both Raleigh & Charlotte to get a better feel for the markets.
