As a renter, I have a few really important questions.....1) Here in Los Angeles, if I paid a $2000 security deposit and my damages upon moving- out were more than $2000, can the landlord invoice me for the difference?

Usually I am wearing work boots , blue jeans , a sweat shirt and a ball cap .  

I live in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles county.

@Angel Harris if you want to do right by him don't take a share of the profits, because at that point he'd be better off paying a professional property manager, maybe a small fee for management and repairs but it should be less than the pros charge because let's face it you aren't a professional property manager or contractor.

Be smart, be that skill keeper and you gonna learn a ton about the properties you want to be an expert in, your gonna enable house hacking and BRRR like a rock-star, your gonna be blue-collar-rich as they are top demand and income right now so long as you don't develop a nose candy problem you will have considerable disposable income to invest and empower maximum REI potentials.
