We have subgroups which include dealmakers, two wholesale groups, a women's group, hard money group... 

The book truly reflects how women have started to evolve in the work place but points out how many of us need to evolve and invest for our selves without needing or wanting the financial support of a man.

However, based on your description of the project, I have some suggestions.Take 3 women that know each other through the property (your wife, mom, sister, neighbor, friend, etc) and listen to their conversation as they go through the property. 

Plenty of women there.   

A little nervous about that but the numbers worked, the women are carrying the financial burden.When I went there Saturday to do the condition inventory there were 2 little kids there.

I have 3 multi-family rentals and one single family rental in the Pittsburgh area and I'm always happy to share what I've learned so far and connect with other women investors.

I found out the original owner's name but she is a 90+ year old women (if she's still alive) who lives an hour away.

As an industry, we need strong, upstanding businessmen and women - and there are already a lot in this industry - but we need more.  

I've actually known women who got their wages garnished when their husband got sued and the wife knew nothing about what the husband had purchased.
