From your reply, I gather the mold is probably the biggest concern and the others are just typical upkeep issues. 

But, we do not plan on staying in our current house forever so that doesn't seem like too much weight should be put into that.

Yes I understand that at end of day it'll still need to rely on buyer due dilligence to verify and it's a risk management decision, but tax return filing does carry more weight than seller's income/expense statement in my mind.

Small blocks, all look well maintained (landscaping, upkeep, etc.).Definitely the most rural-feeling of the areas we visited.

This is a mechanism used to make sure general partners are aligned with the limited partners, but are not a good indicator of your true return, so I wouldn't put too much weight on this.
