I beg them not to beat the **** out of the house.. they could do whatever they want to the suspect preferably send in a Canine unit  Yeah, go into a house that's had someone decomposing in it for a few weeks and you find out what real putrid smells are!

This could take 2-3 weeks to get done since the seller is out of the country. 

Personally I did week-week leases since I can evict someone in 7 days as opposed to 30 days if month-month. 

He helped me out, made an offer & we had it locked up in 2 days, closed in 3 weeks.

That does not even include the one or two deals that happen daily or weekly between realtors who know the buyer/seller and make a deal happen as almost an off-market deal.

Not bad, but a lot of work and hard to find a specific expense if I can't remember it when I'm categorizing the expense a week later in RH or something.

As best as I can tell on both sites, the algorithm looks something like this:Cheapest price>least restrictions (cancellation, # of days minimum, etc)>Premier/Super host>Review Scores>Most discounts (weekly, last minute, etc)>Regular revisions

Your credit will only be hit once if the apps are all within a couple weeks, and this will give you the opportunity to make an apples to apples comparison.
