Financing can be trickier in smaller markets, so work with an investor-friendly agent and lender who know the area.

You need to charge whatever you are having to pay, and that will vary by market and cleaner.

I sold all my SFR rentals in that markets as collecting rent and keeping houses in good shape was just too tough.. ( thats jackson proper)  as I said madison and Ridgeland will be fine..

Also, if you’ve found certain markets more promising than others, what’s been driving your decisions?

I've been tracing wholesalers in califonia for months, like nothing other state finding individual wholasalers in califonia is quite challenging I don't know if it's because the house prices are too high compared to other markets.

What is next is getting back in the market and creating more opportunity for our clients to ride the next market upcycle.
