If your site is a B site then they will generally put you against 2 to 3 other sites and see who gives them the best deal to go there.You need landlord/tenant rep brokers.

Thanks John, I am thinking of spending more on buying in a B class neighborhood now, I think I was been naive, looking to spend a little and make a lot!!

Unless you are counting great price appreciation, why spend 700k for a 2 family when I can spend the same 700k for a great 6 family unit in at least a B area Chicago.
