does your agency work with multiple vendors to arrange housing for traveling staff?

I need someone who's familiar with FL Statue 718, as well as someone who has experience in managing properties of this/similar size, is versed in contract negotiation with vendors/service providers, & is a more hand-on individual.For context, the condo already has a property management company.

I'm looking into a few different options now: HELOC on other investment properties (though I'm finding rates are 11%-13%), a business loan on another business I own, and negotiating with vendors to take deferred payments. 

Think about it, cleaning team is there cleaning, your PM and their staff are doing 100 other things, they can't check on the vendor and say hey have we hit $300 yet?

The people that work for those necessary vendors will do their jobs but that doesn't necessarily mean it will be the best thing for you or your asset.

Some items I think should qualify, such as: time spent monitoring rehab progress/talking to contractortime spent talking to vendors & placing orders time spent talking to PM/CPA/attorney regarding my properties;time spent reviewing statements/invoicestime spent preparing mortgage application,  tax filingtime spent writing contracts with contractors, PM, equity partners etc Some items I'm not sure.

List your house on a FSBO website, or the flat fee online vendors that you've found and offer you a laundry list of services.
