When I researched this the only benefit I found was it made you sound all professional and important :)...... you get business cards with some fancy name and logo on them..... you sound like a "real business"...... but for most small time landlords, they do NOTHING....... false sense of security and any half way decent lawyer will pop that cherry on the first date......

I am trying to change the logo from bigger pockets on the calculator to my name but not exactly sure how to do it.Wondering if anyone could possibly help me out of they have time.

Maybe spend a little money on a logo or something.

Podio setup, setting up your LLC, creating your logo, buying any kind of software etc are only activities getting in the way of you finding deals. 

Specialization is om, but branding in terms of names and logos should have broad appeal, not narrow appeal.

Reputation comes from placing huge banners on the property you buy with your logo on it.Reputation comes from word of mouth.

Maybe someone from BP can elude to why Oracle has BP logo on their site.

NOT LEGAL ADVICE...My understanding is you can leave it off your business cards, logos, others advertising items.
