The landlord lobby should be louder. 

They have formed the Rental Housing Coalition that is doing great work lobbying on our behalf, regularly updating legislative activity, giving talking points and providing simple ways to contact your elected officials and committees. 

., 26-foot ceilings, a four-lane bowling alley, a spa level, a movie theater, a 200-cap “philanthropy wing” for charity galas (with floating pods overlooking Los Angeles), a 10,000-square-foot sky deck with a putting green, FIVE swimming pools, a juice bar, a cigar lounge, a custom tequila bar, a hair salon, and a gallery with custom-curated artworks by Creative Art Partners.

My guess is the rich and famous people that reside there have lobbied to make this information private instead of public.

The price on the building is very cheap, but that is because the building also includes a large lobby area and a full auditorium (1,000+ people) with stage/lights that might be hard to lease.

They also want to allow egress so that people can escape said movie theater or a basement bedroom in case of a fire. 

Im also involved with lobbying, and one of the issues I largely advocate on are Fair Housing issues.

I self manage so I'm around my apartment complex doing minor maint, vacuum the lobby, cut the grass a few times during the summer.

I lobbied not just to raise the dues, but to double them and reluctantly got the rest of the members on board. 

He must come get his belongings & that I cannot help him.He calls my maintenance person to ask them to lobby on his behalf to let him back into the home and not evict.
