I think the person in the mirror has reached the top of the knowledge limit and needs someone that is an expert to move me to a higher level.

Slowly build out a repeatable process...if you continue to change things (as in different types of properties, different levels of renovation, different finish material, different neighborhoods, etc.) you create more variables and make it harder to solve to the problem.I am a math guy and less unknowns/variables you have the easier the problem will be to solve. 

If you have been in lending since 2007, then you know that the level of fraud in deals has risen to a huge level. 

If I was trying to break into the industry, I would approach a few small- to mid-level sponsors and ask if you could provide help to their organization in exchange for a mentorship.

The next level up is hiring a revenue management company or VA to do this for you.

Don’t be surprised if you find yourself downing a few extra coffees while sifting through properties, but hey, that’s part of the journey when you’re aiming for that next-level investment portfolio, right?

Overall, it sounds like this whole thing stemmed from a communication or integrity issue that occurred at the loan officer level.

The definition of each class is heavily weighed on the income level that tenants earn in those areas.
